Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Sharjah Insurance Company’s board recommended payment of 5% cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividends proposed by the board stand at 5 fils per share, totalling AED 6.88 million.
Shareholders will hold their meeting on 24 April to discuss the dividends payout.
